All leases are processed directly with us.
We do allow movie and TV shoots by a separate Agreement. If the property is leased, we will need prior approval from the tenant.
We are able to offer rental periods from 1 month to 12+ months, depending on needs. We are cooperative with the needs of families, movie and TV staff, shooting schedules and various industries. We have had families rent for 18 months, actors rent for 1 month, directors rent for 6+ months, and staff rent for 2+ months.
